Take notice that the Council of the Town of St. George, in compliance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act of the Province of New Brunswick, intends to hold a public hearing of objections on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Magaguadavic Place, 11 J.O. Spinney Drive, St. George, to hear objections and/or comments pursuant to the proposed By-law 25-B 1904 and By-law No. 23-D – Respecting Streets and Traffic.
The Town of St. George is seeking to amend their Zoning By-law, By-law No. 25-B, under the authority of the Community Planning Act by rezoning PID 01316439 from AR (Agricultural and Rural) Zone to AR-2 (Agricultural, Rural, and Commercial) Zone.
The Town of St. George is seeking to repeal and replace the current By-law No.23-C (A By-Law Respecting Traffic on Streets) with an updated By-law No. 23-D (A By-Law Respecting Streets and Traffic.
Anyone wishing to offer opinion on this proposed By-law may do so in person at the hearing of objections meeting or in writing by dropping off your letter during regular business hours in the office of the Clerk of the Town of St. George at Town Hall, 1 School Street before Noon on DAY OF PUBLIC HEARING. A letter may also be sent by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A copy of proposed By-law may be inspected at the Town Hall where business hours are from 8:30 – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
