As per By-Law 23 –C, Section 13 Snow Removal
1. During the period from the 15th day of November in any year to the 31st day of March of the following year, no person shall park any vehicle on the street between the hours of midnight and seven o’clock in the forenoon.
2.Subsection (1) is enacted for the purpose of snow removal and is made pursuant to 113 subsection (5) of the Motor Vehicle Act.
The Town staff are here for you Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30. We are the go-to people for all your questions or concerns with regards to the Town of St George. All day to day operations concerning things like garbage, streets, signs, plowing, mowing, town events, by-laws etc. should come through the Town Office. The Town is taking applications from Residents who are interested in sitting on the Planning Advisory Committee as a volunteer.
Through the authority granted in the New Brunswick Community Planning Act, the PAC of the Town of St. George is appointed by the Town Council. PAC consists of two (2) Town Councillors and five (5) local citizens. The Development Officer and Recording Secretary have a voice at the meetings but are non-voting members of the Committee. There are varying durations on membership terms and the number of eligible terms, dependent on local by-laws or provincial legislation, but are usually one to three years in duration with the option for re-appointment.
